Right now, Eskilstuna Municipality is building more residential places for our elderly residents, and we therefore need more physiotherapists.

Through teamwork, you and your colleagues work with the staff at our nursing homes. To allow you to focus on your work as a physiotherapist, you will receive support from our rehab assistants regarding administration, prescribed training, and aids for our residences. With us, you will receive a solid introduction, and if you are newly graduated, you will be offered a mentor. We are about 30 employees who enjoy our work and each other! We offer the opportunity for remote work, either from home or during commutes, in addition to flexible hours.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a physiotherapist, you work to strengthen individuals' independence in daily life. You get to know those we are here for and can follow their development over time. At the same time, you have close collaboration with occupational therapists, nurses, nursing staff, and other professionals. Your work includes supervising students who are doing their clinical placement (VFU). You are responsible for planning and organizing your workday.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a B driver's license and is a qualified physiotherapist with Swedish authorization, or who will complete their education during the current semester. As a person, you are attentive, flexible, and solution-focused. Through your ability to collaborate with others, we develop everyday life for the individuals we serve together. You see opportunities and focus on what leads to good holistic solutions, both for the individual and for our organization.
